The Shortstop is OP
I think the shortstop is OP because it reloads it's entire clip at once and has no downsides. It is a direct upgrade from the stock. Is there hidden stats or something? Please tell me gaben is playing tricks on us!

ShortStop has almost no spread compared to the scattergun.

Crazily enough this usually helps me get away most of the time. The rest of the time I fly off cliffs in a glorious hand to hand fist fight with physics.

Reload is still pretty slow despite it supposed to be a faster reload, there's increased push force from knockback, and the push mechanic is a pointless gimmick that takes to long to use and leaves you vulnerable compared to every other scattergun's knockback.

The "hidden" stat is that it does les damage. Once play enough TF2, you'll realized just how important that 100 damage threshold is to scout.

It shares ammo with secondary pistols, making the two together pretty much unusable.

I agree that the push mechanic is B.S, but it's reload is still much faster. I tested. I noticed it's lack of spread. I guess no spread is good if you can aim but bad if you cant.

Less spread may also be something negative, Shortstop is bad at close range but is good at medium range and good for harassing at long range.
