Just unboxed an Unusual taunt Unusualifier! However, i need to know...

I need to know if using the unusualifier on my taunt will make the item permanently untradeable.
>Just a few minutes ago i unboxed an unusualifier using keys and crates i just bought.
>Also just a few minutes ago, i bought the taunt that coresponds to the unusualifier.

Both items are untradeable for a week, however i want to use the unusualifer now and get a cool halloween effect on my taunt. However, upon using the item, a little text box comes up saying that the taunt will become untradeable. Does this mean permanently untradeable (only actually tradeable using gift wrap) or does it mean the taunt will become fully tradeable in a week?

If anybody knows the answer, i would be very grateful!

thats what im hoping... i looked this topic up on the forum and on reddit but i couldnt find anything... probably because they have a weird title to search for.

i know when i use an untradable killstreak kit on an untradable weapon itll still be tradable after a week if both were bought off the market, so i have no idea why in this situation it wouldnt be the same

You think that'll happen? I guess it might, i mean there currently are no "normal" unsual balloon bouncers.. whatever the taunt is called. Either way, im gonna hold off on using the unusualifier for now.

Lets see... i used at least maybe 24-34 around the first time when the event just came out and got nothing.
Today i bought 15 keys and cases i believe, and i got the unusual taunt in like the 6th crate.

Its better to not use it on your taunt if you plan to sell it later.
Unusualifiers have higher prices than Unu taunts

Hmm, i suppose so. Considering its a looping taunt im sure it would fetch a pretty penny. On the other hand i do like owning my unusuals...
