Do anyone knows map to train to Rocket Jump? I'm a beginner also.

You can find IPs on this steam group dedicated to helping new soldiers learn the basics and advanced tricks of rocket jumping: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/tf2jumpacademy

Go into console and type in "console [insert server IP here]" to go directly to that server. *Obviously without the quotations and such
