Team Fortress 2

So I walk into a casual game and I see 4 spies and 4 snipers, then I asked, "What's going on?"
So we all been through this issue. You walk into a casual game, and as we are defending/attacking a point with some of your teammates, you start to notice and ask yourself, "Wait a second, where's the rest of the team?"

Then you look at the team bar on the top screen and it shows that you have 4 spies and 4 snipers and everyone else is either dead or lost in the map.

Eversince 'Meet your Match' (MYM) came out, I've noticed the emergence of competitive players in casual games. I've seen many casual games where these people just start asking and ordering people around to change class or ask someone to take out a sentry nest. Being a competitive player myself, I admit, I actually like this kind of synergy. Most of the time they show a strong form of teamwork and cooperation with other players which help us win the game.

I am aware that some of us don't like this, it's okay you have your opinions and I have mine.

Okay, it seems like I'm straying off my point here, I'm sorry. Let's get back to the point.

The thing is, I've met many of these players in-game who complain and rage quit in chat the moment they see 4 snipers and 4 spies in their team. Do take note that some of their complains are nice in a way. There I times when I see them say these:

"Guys we don't need 4 snipers, we are defending we need more power classes"

"We need a medic please, can one of the 3 snipers change to a medic?"

"Can one of the 4 spies please change class to a demo to take out the sentry nest?"

"Since we are attacking can we please have more soldiers and pyros? We don't need that many spies"

"Guys, the enemy team has like 3 pyros, I don't think it's best if we have 4 spies. The pyros will counter us"

Some times, it goes well because some players do listen. But most of the time, no one gives a damn, that's when these type of chats come out:

"Our last round, we had 4 engineers, none of them built a sentry overlooking the last point. What the ♥♥♥♥ were they doing? Jerking off in spawn?"

"The Blu's 1 medic is more useful than all of 4 our f*cking spies combined"

"*Insert player name* Dude if you can't f*cking sap a sentry, please change class, we don't need more useless spies"

" All 4 of our snipers didn't even help push the cart, they just stood by the sidelines and body shot all round. It didn't help us win"

It gets worse when these players end up calling the vote to kick out the worst spy or sniper in the team. Surprisingly they get the support and the worst spy/sniper ends up getting kick. At first, I felt like that this was wrong in a way, because these players could be new players trying to learn the game. How can they learn if you kick them off the servers?

But for the past few weeks, I ended up being just like these ultra competitive players. I would find myself fed up by the fact that my team has 4 snipers or 4 spies, and none of them are helping with the objective. 4 spies, 4 snipers or 3 spies and 3 snipers is just too much for a 12v12 match. In my opinion, 2 snipers or 2 spies should do the job.

So I searched up why this "4 snipers or 4 spies in one team" phenomenon happens and I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCYnHKXmgJg

I do not want to explain further because I am taking up too much time and space here. But basically to sum the video up, most players choose to be a sniper or a spy because of the uniqueness of the class. The spy is probably the only character that TF2 has that no other game has. These classes deliver a one hit kill, 1 headshot, 1 backstab. Other than that, most players choose to be rogue and independent in-game. These classes, the spy and sniper, are the rogue classes (I think).

But the video basically shared the same opinion as I do about this phenomenon. What do you guys think?

If possible, in the next future update, can we hope that the developers limit the number of players for each class? For example in a 12v12 match, in one team there must only be 3 soldiers, 1 medic, 1 or 2 engieneers, 1 or 2 heavies, 2 demoman, 2 pyro, 1 spy and 1 sniper. I know that most people have a class main, and I know some people who just play a specific class for a 1000+ hours, but we have to learn the other classes once in a while too.

I'm sorry for my bad English and I'm sorry if I didn't deliver my points well. I also wish to apologize if my post were to offend any of you, in some way.

So just comment your thoughts below. I admit, my idea may seem like a bad idea, or maybe the worst. Discussion threads has helped me for the past few months as it opens my mind to other ideas and opinions of the TF2 community. I don't mind if you criticise my ideas or go against it, I'm fine with it. I just want to hear your opinions.

Don't forget the Medic that joined in with one of the Soldiers who is currently sitting in his ass with a Medi Gun on him at all times.

Playing on a team like that is fun. When the enemy team of 5 scouts and 5 soldiers tries to enter the base, they are instantly rekt by 4 minisentries, 3 level 2 sentries, 4 level 3 sentries, and a Widowmaker-wielding tryhard engineer

CTF would be
Demoman x10
Medic x2

PL
Heavy x10
Medic x2

(I actually tried 10 heavies on offense payload, basically a steam roller)
