Reset video settings

Is there a way to set Display/Video setting of TF2 to default? i had to reinstall steam and when i launched TF2 it was on the lowest settings for some reason, before i reinstalled steam my TF2 was looking really good and i had no FPS issues, already tried increasing resolution but it seems it gives me a lot of random FPS drops at times, before this my game was looking and running really mooth
any way to reset video setting to default? or resetting to the first time i launched TF2?
because right now with the lowest setting the game looks bad :(
