TF2 Run on POTATO

Okay, I've tried everything. From configs to mod. I don't care if my game looks like plastic, I just wanna play TF2 during this shutdown.

Windows 10
8 GB of RAM
Processor: AMD A9-9420e RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 1.80 GHz

What is your GPU?
Have you tried turning the graphics down to the minimum through the options menu?
Have you tried disabling any unnecessary programs while you play?
Have you checked to make sure nothing is consuming bandwidth while you are playing?
Have you done basic maintenance on your computer like defragging the HDD, dusting the fans on the CPU and PSU with canned air, cleaning the registry, and running antivirus/antimalware programs?

Hey, I appreciate your response even when this thread died. I have a better device now and can run TF2 no problem now.
