For people who thinks heavy is dumb.

I'm mostly playing as Heavy, Demo, Soldier, Pyro And Spy.
But it is not the point as you know.
If you think (or you newbie) that heavy is dumb. You're wrong.
Even in tf2 wiki said.

Lack of English skills does not make you a moron if you're not native to an English speaking country. Now if Heavy was an adult American and he had these speech problems, I could see people calling him an idiot. But he's Russian. Try going to Russia and speak their language with some natives. Think you'll have better luck in Russia than the Heavy does in America trying to speak to native English speakers? Didn't think so. Heck, it's impressive he knows as much as he does. English is a hard language to master. Many Americans haven't even mastered it yet.

In short, language skills are irrelevant to the discussion. Give the fictional guy a break, or show non language related evidence for his supposed stupidity. Until then, I'd say The Soldier is Crazy one. Because in TF2 Comics shows the reason why he is crazy. If you can't, I'll show you, The Soldier drink a water with full of lead. And he got poisoned. And some of his phrases, responses showing how crazy is. If Soldier wasn't a lead poisoned moron, he would be a normal guy. The stupidest one is Scout. He is dumb enough to drink radioactive liquid. Even in game shows. Look at "Bonk! Atomic Push!" If you look the composition of drink closely. You can see it made of radioactive thing and sugar. But about Crit-a-Cola dunno. So remember. Heavy isn't dumb.

I would not say learning a new langauge is to hard. Or so from my experiances. Strangely enough I normally suck at other things but I am pretty good at learning words in different langauges.

I wouldn't say he's dumb.
No, he at the very least is as smart as the others.
Then again, he does hug his miniguns, name his miniguns, and get beds for his miniguns.
He could just be a gun fan (there's a better phrase, but I can't remember it right now) though.

Also, he doesn't get how to play Ms. Pauling's game, and neither does Soldier.
Soldier keeps picking up the amulet.
Heavy keeps saying he'll kill anyone. He knows the game is fake, but still.
