Anger Vs Dread Hiding Hood

Making a Generic Edgy Sniper Loadout, got the Chronomancer and the Cargo Pants ready. Now I need to know what Hood and Bandana Combo to use. What do you guys think I should use? Anger Or Dread Hiding Hood?

Also, can we get a 4th slot? My favorite Edgy Combo is the Desert Maurader+DoubleCross Comm. but then I cannot wear the Chronomancer or the Cargo Pants with it. But I guess the Anger and Hood look decent enough. I just bought the Hood.
