Honestly players are going to spam the chat regardless. At the end of the round people saying "gg" is no more productive than the occasionally funny bind spam imo.
Bad: Posting a bind to clog up chat with a dead meme while actual useful info is being said by your teammates.

The original script is in a .jar file because it generates binds that you can copy/paste into your autoexec. The .jar file is just an app to make generating binds an automatic process. What you do is feed the app a text file, and it will convert it into a bind you can use in game.
You don't need this to be running in the backgrund of TF2 or anything, all it does is make creating binds 100x easier and faster. If you have any more questions the app has a help window in it, and I uploaded the source code to github as well

I'm not trying to pooh-pooh your generator itself. That is legitimately pretty impressive.
It's just that looping binds are geriatric mute-magnets at this point. It's been done to death.
