I created a bind loop generator + fun bind scripts! (One button can be bound to an entire movie script)
Download link here! [github.com]

Basically what it does is turn a long text file into a looping tf2 bind. You could feed it, say, the entire script of the bee movie and it will turn it into a script you can copy/paste into your autoexec file. In game this means you can hit one key and it will say something in the chat and have the key rebind itself the the next chunk of text.

I already generated some binds using the app if people are interested! Just copy/paste into autoexec.cfg

The entire script of the Bee Movie [pastebin.com]

We don't need more annoying players clogging up the server's chat. :calm_creep:

It wouldn't be so bad if the game autokicked people spamming the chat super quickly.

Honestly players are going to spam the chat regardless. At the end of the round people saying "gg" is no more productive than the occasionally funny bind spam imo.

Good: Posting a bind at the end of the match to say "good game," after everything is already over.

Bad: Posting a bind to clog up chat with a dead meme while actual useful info is being said by your teammates. :nonplussed_creep:

Pardon me, but exactly how does it work? Why is the original script a .jar file?

The original script is in a .jar file because it generates binds that you can copy/paste into your autoexec. The .jar file is just an app to make generating binds an automatic process. What you do is feed the app a text file, and it will convert it into a bind you can use in game.

You don't need this to be running in the backgrund of TF2 or anything, all it does is make creating binds 100x easier and faster. If you have any more questions the app has a help window in it, and I uploaded the source code to github as well

Wow no one has ever done this before

I'm aware of doodlesstuff script maker. Mine's a little different because it parses through the text file automatically and splits it up into chunks of 128 characers (without breaking words) to make things a little easier on the user

I'm not trying to pooh-pooh your generator itself. That is legitimately pretty impressive.

It's just that looping binds are geriatric mute-magnets at this point. It's been done to death.
