TF2 mouse scroll wheel problem
please help me fix this

so i didn't playTF2 for a while and when i joined, i tried to change weapons with my scroll wheel.
(I use fast weapon switch) And when i scrolled upwards, weapons switched but when i scrolled downwards, it does nothing. I tried restarting the PC and that did nothing also. I don't think its my mouse that was the problem, as it worked on every games and sites exept for TF2.

also tried it out with a different mouse, and it showed no difference.

please help me

I tried it out with a diffrent mouse but it showed no diffrence - meaning it's the game's problem

check your controls for mousewheel down
