Can't change loadout
I was just playing casual game and i wanted to switch to another loadout but when i clicked the letter to change loadout nothing was happening. Then i tried to just change weapons and still i couldn't do that. I restarted the game and now i have only stock weapons.

I'm like 90% sure it isn't a internet problem

If that was true, he wouldn't be able to create a thread, turn on his PC, type in his password, click to bring up the steam community or type in the steamcommunity URL, etc.
