Why am I so bad all of a sudden?

Yesterday, I was dominating! I never let ANYONE die (except that one scout that stayed in a t-pose the entire match and kept jumping off cliffs), died only once, and killed 28 people with the syringe gun. THE SYRINGE GUN! Then today, I play for 78 minutes and can't do squat. I die to random sh*ts, my team never waits up for me, that one demo on the other team is spawncamping AGAIN, w+m1 is everywhere, and I just fail and fail. I try changine medi guns, I try the vita-saw, I even equip the blutsauger, but no dice, it's just die die die. What's wrong with me? Also, I checked the scoreboards in both matches and it was the usual random hodgepodge of silver, red, blue, and the occasional purple.

Calm down, and play other games; it seems to help regain my skill in playing TF2. Last time I've played TF2, I destroyed team after team as Spy.

You'll get games where you destroy and get games where you get destroyed; even the best players have off days. That's the beauty of pubs and online gaming in general.

They're called on and off days, you can't control it. If you're all of a sudden sucking out of no where, don't think of it as you're worse than you thought you were, just remember it's an off day.

rank means little especially since a lot of decent players like to smurf for one reason or another. As a medic your priority is to learn how to avoid getting hit and be more mindful of your surroundings more so than whoever you're healing, especially in pubs. Use the crossbow, its strong as hell from a distance once you get the hang of it.

Not everyone you'll meet will be some guy you can destroy, sometimes you'll meet players who can wipe you out or at the very least fight back. It's normal, even if some matches are just horrible.
