why are all casual servers empty?
been waiting for over half an hour, still not matchmaked despite checking every single mode and map

it could be that people dont play casual that much anymore since its full with hackers now.

I consistently get matches at almost any time of day with very specific maps selected. It could be a matter of server location, time of day, or maybe your connection is bad. I'm not sure if there is any way to find out.

I know this thread was couple days ago, but it's mostly your Wi-Fi connection.

but still odd, even in a place with 5mbps download/120-200 ping i get games from solo queue usually in under 30 seconds

Its a bug. Sometimes you can wait for ages till finding a match and a quick restart fixes the problem.
