How to add a kill counter to my scattergun?

If it is a Civilian-Grade Scattergun, you can add a Stat Clock to it.
If it is just a normal Scattergun, it must be bought in Strange. It cannot be made Strange.
If it is any other grade of War Paint, you have to buy that War Paint in Strange and make a new one.

You'll have to either unbox a warpaint with a stat clock and put a new killstreak on the new one
Get a civilian stat clock and scatter gun warpaint and put a new killstreak on it
