My biggest priorities:

-Implement a damage resistance mechanic for Heavy that involves some mechanical input but doesn't synergize with overheal to the point that it becomes OP.

-Remove damage ramp up for Pyro's flames, increase the tick registration rate on flames, reduce base damage for individual damage ticks. End Parkinson's pyro but retain bouncing and lingering flames.

-Nerf the Wrangler, Degreaser, Madmilk, Soda Popper, Frontier Justice, Tomislav, Crusader's Crossbow, Ambassador, Diamondback, Escape Plan, Ubersaw, Powerjack, Axtinguisher, GRU.

-Buff the Gas Passer, Backburner, Brass Beast, All Syringe Guns (Excluding Crossbow), BFB, Backscatter, Reserve Shooter, Detonator, Bison, Huo-Long Heater.

-Fix bugs.

escape plan? no.

the escape plan is in a bad spot right now, i say it needs buffs.

You have some valid points. Nerf the amby though? What are your thoughts on that?

the ambassador is complete garbage as it is right now, I think the backburner is fine

1. Update the advanced settings, and add more options
2. Add a reskin for the PDA
3. (this one is for the website) add more hidden blogposts and medals
4. Support MVM
5. add more weapons and a new weapon for heavy that isn't a shotgun or food

- For those of you who don't click on the link, the "Molten" warpaint becomes more molten with the more wear it has (Ex. Factory new is just a cast-iron looking gun, whereas Battle-scarred has a glowing red hot barrel and glowing red scratches on various points of the weapon)

Revert the Ambassador

Give the Dead Ringer the ability to recharge cloak with ammo but remove the speed boost and fire resistance thing.

And destroy random crits too

- A revamp of the tutorial system. Because it sucks asses, we all know it, and by now pretty much everyone at Valve knows it. Complete the classes tutorial (ah yes, the four most important classes in TF2, Soldier, Demo, Spy and Engineer, the true souls of competitive) and update the ones that already exist. There is no mention of Rocket Jumping in the Soldier one, a basic skill to even play this class, there is no mention of actually using the Shotgun in the Engi one, hints why I see so many fresh installs pick Engi and dying right after their Sentry goes down instead of shooting people, there is no mention of Sticky Jumping, again, important. Medic, one of the most challenging classes to play for new players, doesn’t even have a tutorial. Spy’s one is so basic it’s worthless. Also, someone I don’t remember where, on YouTube probably, proposed a contract system for new players, awarding them with something worthless just to get them starting on how to play this game (example: Rocket Jump X times, Double Jump X times, use your Medigun X minutes), and I think it would be a splendid idea;
- Remove autobalance. We tried, it doesn’t work. When I get autobalanced after all the work I’ve put into making my team cap I usually just requeue. And it’s so frustrating when you get autobalanced seconds before your team caps, don’t you feel like you accomplished nothing? The old metod of asking players to switch, imo, worked way better, at least it wasn’t frustrating;
- A casual, unranked version of 6s. I’d love to add “a better competitive system” here instead, but we all know, it’s not possible, nor Valve cares. Ideally I’d love to have Highlander as the official competitive, but 24 people at best are still a lot to fly to an event, plus it would be too confusing to stream, I’m ready to accept 6s as my True and Only Competitive Amen. Even though I don’t like it. But in-game competitive gives no incentives to be played (I’ll get there), and the word “ranked” scares new players. Every competitively active game has a casual version of it’s competitive version, where players can chill, try it out, try new strategies that may not work without being hindered. “uH bUt CuShToM sErVerSh!!1” we’re talking about newbies here pal, a fresh install doesn’t know about community servers, and as far as I know, nor do casual Hightower veterans;
- Incentives to play the official competitive. There are none. Give people a skin, a cosmetic, some achievements, SOMETHING ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, and people will start playing it. More people playing it, less waiting times, and proportionally even less ♥♥♥♥♥. If a banana can be a contract reward, anything can be;
- Stop ripping new players off. I am fairly certain that Valve makes more money in one month from the small percentage they take from our Steam Community Market purchases than what they make in one year from the Mann.Co Store. Don’t have new players buying weapons. Make them know about trading. They will make more money than having a kid spending 10$ on a starting kit for a class for what tops to probably around 2$, including the Name Tag. Also, on a side note, it would be great to give new players all the weapons for free in competitive and “casual competitive”, because right now, some classes can’t be played stock in comp. Talking about Medic, Engi, Soldier… Let’s just replace “some” with “every”, sorry;
- A new Hat Describing Contest. Nothing makes players more involved than “hey, come up with a funny pun and we’ll give you an hat!”. It’s a great way to make people interested into the game, to make new players partecipate, and it basically requires no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ effort from Valve. So, why did we had just one?
- Some updates to the default settings. You can’t expect a fresh install to know all the inns and outs of Source, matter of facts, even veterans don’t. The default interp is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. The Medigun should heal without holding M1. The stock FOV shouldn’t be 75, it should be 90. You know the drill. Newbies don’t;
- Some more outsourcing. Remember Pass Time? Yeah, me neither. But apparently it was a big deal, and it wasn’t developed by Valve, but by Bad Robot. Yeah, the movie company. And, outside of being boring af and not very involving, it’s very well made. Why can’t we have more outside companies being asked by Valve to create/revamp modes and maps? This would both solve their “work on whatever the ♥♥♥♥ you want” internal policy and give some real money to community creators that already worthlessly spend time on this game, many of them do actually work for small software houses, while giving this game a new flow of constant new contents. Having new contents would keep new players interested, because matter of fact, the new players this game gained TWO AND A HALF years ago with Jungle Inferno already got bored and went back to Fortnite;

Here's the thing with autobalance, nobody wanted to move to the opposite team when given the ability too. So once they saw that happen they reverted the change. Even with it back people will not switch over willingly as Valve might want them to.

Everything else is fine.

Ambassador doesn't need to be reverted, Dead Ringer would be ungodly annoying again with regen from ammo. I mean wow, you really are just a generic spy main aren't you?
