Depends also on the level. Typically gunslinger is the choice for attack, and short circuit comes in handy when you're hooked on the dispenser.

Secondary depends on your play style. I use short curcit a lot and maybe the pistol

Literally any form of engineer can be offensive, but if your talking “mister slap down sentry and go guns blazing” then...

Literally ANYTHING that’s not the following:
Rescue Ranger (not gonna be babysitting sentries)
The Pomson(it’s doo doo gun)
Southern Hospitality(only good for spies, and you have better options)
Wrench, maybe?? (dunno)

Combat engie: gunslinger

Primary weapon depend on how good your aim is.
Secondary will be anything but wrangler, depend on how well you manage the metal.
Gunslinger is a go-to for melee.

Wdym no wrangler? It’s a great weapon for offensive, the ability to make your mini sentry have 300 health, and infinite range plus bonus damage is great. You can place it a good distance away and it will be difficult to take down thanks to its tiny size and high health with the wrangler.

Wrangler will make you play around sentry and compare with other secondary weapons, fell out in mobility, not to mention you can get damaged by it while wrangling and if you die, it become a sitting duck. That said, you can definitely use it to access certain area where the enemy won't expect AKA battle ninjaneer play style. Simply put, wrangler will be good only if the engineer has sentry lying around. If he don't have it, he lose out the potential from pistol in damage and forgiveness and short curcuit in support capability.

there's nothing more offensive to the other team than a gunslinger engie, that's what you need

also make sure to shaudenfrude after every kill
