Salty Dog strangifier?
So I got a cloud 9 salty dog and was hoping to make it strange but could not for the life of me find a strangifier for it. is there a salty dog strangifier or am I just crazy?

A Salty Dog Strangifier does not exist. The Strange/Strange+Unusual versions were unboxed the way they are. It's not possible to change the Salty Dog after unboxing.

For the future just look on the TF2 Wiki which strangifiers exist. Not all items have one and there haven't been any added to the game for more than 5 years.
