VPK.exe dll missing

So i wanted to instal this skin : https://gamebanana.com/skins/110552
and when i drag the extracted folder on vpk.exe it says "tier0.dll missing" and "vstdlib.dll missing"

did you copy vpk.exe to somewhere other than the tf2 bin folder?
just leave it in there and make a shortcut to the exe, then drag your folders/vpks onto the shortcut

you also don't need to make a vpk for every addon if you don't want that, just create a folder in tf/custom and name it whatever, then toss the materials/models into that folder

Ah i didn't make a shortcut but i just copied it

After i open the file with the model and materials folder with vpk.exe Also i have vtf and vmt files so how do i make them in vtf because when i drag them on vpk.exe nothing happens

If you Copy the Vpk.exe to other Files other than the bin file. it wont work
It can Only work With the Other Files on the bin files

It seems all vpk.exe needs to work is:

filesystem_stdio.dll
tier0.dll
vstdlib.dll

So the exe + the 3 dlls will get you a "portable" vpk.exe

I had a situation where I needed to move vpk.exe and with the indications above it's at least able to create WORKING vpk files and list the contents of existing vpk's
