How do you instantly respawn in spawn inbetween MVM waves, or during setup?

I've seen people instantly teleport to the upgrades station room or demoknights trolling by charging then instantly respawning.

How do you do this? Whats the console command they bind a key to? I want to use it to instantly go to the upgrades station without changing class.

This was something people did in CASUAL. Instant respawning without changing class. Demomen were charging then instantly respawning so they can charge again. Multiple. In the same match.
