Animation overhaul glitches a lot and I need help with this
I had to remove most animation overhaul packs because some of them start messing up way too early in my session and the mess is way too much to play along with most of the time. I cannot find anything about it online anywhere and I was wondering if this issue happens to anyone else.

Right now I only use the Engineer's, Heavy's, Soldier's, and Demoman's and I can barely ever play with default animations anymore because these feel a lot more lively and comfortable. However, at complete random within my TF2 sessions, I end up with two outcomes to this glitch:

1- The animation overhaul pack just does not work and I'm forced to play with the default animations that just feel off especially since I cannot adjust my viewmodel FOV because it resets when I restart the game. This is mostly common with Demoman's and Soldier's animations.

2- The animation overhaul pack starts acting out completely where inspect animations loop for other weapons and the weapon model is spazzing everywhere on the screen constantly. This is mostly the case with Heavy's animation pack where I end up with my minigun inspect animation looping while I have my melee out and my melee constantly plays another melee weapon's starting animation sound (fist of steel pull-out sound playing constantly on loop while I have GRU out).

Somehow, the Engineer pack is the only one almost never affected by this. Only once did the second issue appeared to me with the Engineer pack. Either way, it's become a rather troublesome issue and I really cannot play without the animation overhauls but I cannot play with this happening to me regularly. If anyone has ever had this issue, please tell me if there's some way to fix it.

The only Kiyoshi animation pack I have is Engineer's

A lot of kiyoshi's packs were broken after jungle inferno and the weapons kept having those issues. I'd say you should verify game cache, and then redownload the mods.

Do I have to re-write every console command afterwards?? Like do I have to adjust the cl_interp and all that ♥♥♥♥ again??
Find a better mod.

I use a view model mod that allows me to hide the gun but keep the watch on spy. It still works just fine.

All you have to do to see custom animation in valve servers is to start a map in singleplayer. Just do "map itemtest" in console and join a server after it loads. As for the glitches, I often have the same issue. It will work at first then later all the animations seem randomized. I am hoping someone will know a soultion for this or will link a better overhaul pack.

You could also make a autoexec.cfg file containing the command :
map itemtest; wait 5; disconnect; wait 3; echo (insert funnies here idc)
It is basically like launch options

same issue here im using kiyoshi's soldier animation overhaul and it works, kinda, my viewmodel is all buggy with parts of the viewmodel in the wrong place and ♥♥♥♥.
