Help make my game smooth again

Ok so basically I'm monky I used to play tf2 with above 60 fps (16 ms) using a mastercomfig preset (low) and some cfg.tf edits. The problem is that I accidentally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the setting and my game started running below 30 fps F.
uhh idk I would be glad if someone told how to get the smoothness again, here's my autoexec.cfg:

Please for the love of TF2 tell me what's wrong with these settings and which ones are killing my fps (and the ones that are useless) many thanks.
