Hmmm.....
How does it help me to help the other team by being moved from the team as the only sniper to be balanced onto the one with 4?

I spawned and the match immedately ended.

I didn't even have time to waddle out of spawn before Overtime was over.
Yeah, lemme tell ya. Autobalance does a great job.
It's not rare. These screenies I showed in this post are all in this month.
ez
Which will get you punished, when you leave a server full of cheaters. Bad Idea
Doesn't need to punish on the first leave of the day. Repeat quitters get punished, players that run into cheaters/legit IRL reasoning aren't punished.
you can use a brain and kick the cheater?
Here's the number one problem with that: YOU CANT KICK PLAYERS ON THE OTHER TEAM, which means that you have to ask the other team nicely to kick the cheater. and 90% of the time, your team doesnt want to kick the cheater. And when cheaters work in packs, you have no hope to kick them all. And even if you do kick them, most hackers either have a hack that allows them to instantly rejoin, or they abuse the retry command and the vote kick is moot.
So how about you use a brain and understand that kicking a cheater isnt easy as 123.
the curious part is that the things that make it the most frustrating (switching when there's less than 60 seconds left on the clock, switching during overtime, switching players even while they're alive...) are actually things it didn't do before they added it back post meet your match.
why the fuck did they do that? even the people that teethgrindingly put up with autobalance because it was preferable to matches getting locked at 6 vs 12 never asked for it to switch people in the middle of the final push, just in time to eat their own team's humiliation-crits. having even numbers for the last 5 seconds of a match won't fix anything, and is not a pay-off worth the frustration it causes.
