Need help with Beep Man facial expresions...

So, here's the problem.
I've recently purchased a cosmetic called "Beep Man" for the Engineer, and it's suposed to be conected with his facial expresions.
The facial expresions are actually connected, but not at the way i saw it in the showcase, or like everyone sees me.
When i'm taunting, everyone says that i look like (^◡^), but, in my camera, i see the Beep Man face's like (⪩╭╮⪨) (idk if u understand).
And, i specially purchased the Beep Man for his Friendly Face, not to look like an Edgy Idiot.
So please, if someone can help me with this bug, texture glitch, or whatever is it, i would be really grateful.

I repeat: Only me sees the Beep Man with an angry or sad face, the other people sees me like the Beep Man from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxTNNBtfZ-4

And, also, the Idle face also bugs.

Meh, i still like the Cosmetic, because it makes the Engineer like a Hoovy... A Enginoor :P
But, with this facial glitch that makes him looks mad/sad makes this item awful.

My settings are at the Highest, Highest models, Highest shadows, Highest all, but stills without working.
