Mat_phong 0 fix not working.

Hello. I've learned that valve has disabled mat_phong 0 some way (I think with like sv_pure 1) and I decided to download a fix to see if it would work. Well it seems to not be working. I took the file that I downloaded and stuck it into custom and it didn't seem to work. Any help here? https://imgur.com/a/1TyVHIg < Image of the files in my custom folder.

Perhaps the valve servers or community servers sv_pure 1 whitelist are blocking the fix. Have you tried using the fix on your own local game? If it doesnt work on a local game the fix may be outdated and non functional. Also mat_phong is simply a command that removes a certain lighting effect and wouldn’t be “blocked” to my knowledge.

I have the commands already put into my autoexec so idk. I may not so I'll check once more.
