Eh. it's mainly becuase spy is more of annoyance than actually being useful for the enemy team and get as many as points as that one sticky spamming demo. The whole "Outsmart your oppenents" is a cool concept but it just doesn't work all the time in game. Since all you have to do is just spam your weapon everywhere or if you are the spy just pray that the enemy doesn't randomly turn around. Instead of being smart. spy is mostly just luck,dodging and having good aim with the revolver.
