so, i got the Hat out of hell achievement and didn't get the book

There are eight Bereavements achievements in total. They were added in the Halloween Special that started with the October 29, 2013 Patch. Like the other Halloween achievements, the achievements make special items obtainable by completing them. You have spellbook pages in your inventory. You only get pages if you've had the unfilled spellbook.

Are you sure you haven't had the book in the past, and deleted it?

They Don't do that anymore. I requested that my Gibus and Director's Vision to be restored and it got declined.
