can you only use the burly beast at halloween and can you only get it at halloween

Otherwise it's available from crate #104 according to the wiki. Doesn't look like the odds are in your favor of making back what you give up when opening it, though, let alone getting specifically the Burly Beast. Seems only the Burly Beast, Class Crown and unusual items could give you a profit, while everything else is guaranteed to be a net loss.
