It’s trying to cram to many things in at once such as faster swing speed + faster movement speed and the health drain.
If you guys wanted a meme weapon that deals faster damage, tell valve to make a new weapon that does exactly that. Doesn’t make sense that brass knuckles deal lower damage than regular fists, but somehow hits faster. Heavy doesn’t need any more melee unlocks (since at the moment, he’s pretty much covered), but does need a better variety of weapons, which when reworked, can essentially be new weapons.
Even if TF2 is flexible in its design (with mittens somehow killing you), they have some realism behind it, like mittens tickling you to make you laugh.
