Buff the Eviction Notice
The Eviction Notice is impossible to use even as a meme weapon, the -60 damage is too much but everything else is fine. I have a suggestion too Buff the eviction notice.

Just remove the active speed boost and the health drain, and it's good.

It should be split into two weapons.

It’s trying to cram to many things in at once such as faster swing speed + faster movement speed and the health drain.

The eviction notice is so underpowered using it as a meme weapon is impossible. Here are my suggestions too beef it up a bit and make it viable. 1 make the -60 dmg -55 or -50 because your doing 25 dmg a hit so buffing thats a start. 2 add a mechanic that adds 5% dmg per succsesful hit and that will stack up to 4-5 times and go away if you havent hit anything. Well i thought this discussion should be sparked so the eviction notice can be fun to play again.

I'd at least decrease the the damage pentalty to make the Eviction Notice at least do the same damage as the stock bat.

Keep faster attack speed and damage penalty, remove the ♥♥♥♥♥♥-GRU-wannabe stats

I’d rather see a rework than buffing it’s capabilities.

If you guys wanted a meme weapon that deals faster damage, tell valve to make a new weapon that does exactly that. Doesn’t make sense that brass knuckles deal lower damage than regular fists, but somehow hits faster. Heavy doesn’t need any more melee unlocks (since at the moment, he’s pretty much covered), but does need a better variety of weapons, which when reworked, can essentially be new weapons.

Even if TF2 is flexible in its design (with mittens somehow killing you), they have some realism behind it, like mittens tickling you to make you laugh.
