Base jumper bugged?
Occasionally, it doesn't let me open the parachute despite not having opened it once already mid-air or anything. Why can't it be reverted back to the older version which allowed the parachute to be opened multiple times?

EDIT: It happens when I blast jump while crouching only, for some reason
