Does resetting achievements give the player to earn back achievement items they lost?

I noticed that there is apparently a way to reset all achievements in TF2.
Main Menu
> View Achievements
> Reset Achievements

Now I'm wondering if this functionality could be used to recover achievement items that they accidentally deleted.

Also I would like a feature that would let players have a "recycle bin" for items so that they can have more time to think about whether or not they want to delete something in their inventory.

No. they dont.

They even said it in the update patch notes

No. Any and all item rewards are not given back upon completing the achievements after the first time.

there are items that enable pyrovision
-the original goggles that you can trade for
-the pyroland set with the rainblower/lollichop/that infernal orchestrina thing

A few months ago, I contacted Steam Support after having deleted my gibus and some other achievement cosmetic two-ish years ago. They gave back my items within a week. You could try doing the same and hope for the best.

They probably got it when they were new and inexperienced to TF2, or even Steam itself. Most new users don't know about certain achievement, one-time-exclusive cosmetics, or anything else that is associated with an achievement.

Sadly no, in the last update Valve said Players who had reset their achievements can not get the items that are within the achievements
