Nah, the 2007 graphics are models, more detailed textures and particle effects details. It's more than just shoving in a console command. Unless I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded plus wrong and a simple string of console commands unlocks these things.

well yeah I got tf2 2007, but nobody plays it. and you cant add bots...

He is right. The 2007 Version has changed completly because TF2 was brought on a newer and better Engine. Thus "Going Back" isn't possible even with mods.
