anything less than 2 server frames is too low to cover for even single packet drops
leave interp at 0 and use ratio 2/3/4 depending on net quality, lower is better, increase value for more interp on bad connections
rate can be basically anything over ~60-80k and anything higher is basically useless
just not 8m because that's stupid
