It's on tr_walkway

Blumberquack has Team Fortress 2

there should be a button to remove all the bots on the map
manually though, type "kick botnamehere" for every bot on the server

sv_cheats 1
tf_bot_kick_all
tf_bot_kick <name>

Point at a bot and use ent_remove.
