matchmaking not working

whenever i look for a match(casual) it shortly starts and than after a few seconds it stopps searching(the notification goes up)
what is happening??

for me the problem was having someone not ready in my party(was playing with a firend before)
check the top left corner if you are alone

I kid you not, I have lost 8 times in a row now. In every server, most of the time I place 4th, 3rd or 2nd on the leaderboard, but I still always loose, because the rest of my team has like 1 or 2 points while the enemy are just spawncamping us without problem! I'm becoming really sick of it, and I just don't know what to do.
