Yeah, trade off of tf2, and you can trade any items, actually you may be able to do it on tf2 too.

Scrap.tf has CS:GO Skins, but only refined metal. You can check it.

Here let me make this more clear. I am trying to trade my tf2 item for a csgo knife my unusual is worth 72 keys and I would like to get something from csgo for about that amount which translates to 173 usd

Post in the trade forums, and some of the major trading sites. You might need to do Unusual to keys and then keys to CSGO keys and then CSGO keys to knife :/

I might be interested in buying the rest of your inv (can't afford the unusual) depending on price - feel free to add me to discuss, or shoot me a trade offer.

You can trade items from any game, for items from any game.

You can do it normally by trading.

The only problem is in finding a right person.
I suggest using trade section on tf 2 and cs go forums.
