Turn off the option that disallows using items with special qualities when crafting if it's currently enabled.

(SSC) shadow night has Team Fortress 2

to craft the item go to crafting in inventory. next go to Special which is the star. next find fabricate horseless headless horseman's headtaker. after that add in the items needed to craft it. once you get to the haunted metel scrap on the bottom left corner above the back button you should see a box with a check on it that says disallow items with special qualities with a check mark in the box. next click it to disable it. after that you can craft the item

i restarted the game and it says no matching blueprint when i have all the correct items in the slot.
i put disallow special items
