Infinite noise makers?
Anyone else met the hacking snipers that spam noise makers?
How are they even managing to do that?
I doubt they bought 500 of them.

They were halloween noisemakers.

For everyone wondering, its not harvest its dustbowl and it was that ♥♥♥♥ named something like this:

"[Valve]
Twilight sparkle"

And yes his name occupies 2 lines somehow...

No it isn't limited like that. It means it was limited to a specific time, and can't be gotten anymore. You can use it as many times as you want.
