What's the difference between festive weapons and festivized weapons?

Hey there! I've noticed that festivized weapons have only christmas lights, while festive items have some other stuff stuch as the backburner has the antlers. I don't really know the difference between these two, because the festive is obviously cooler. Is it limited? If so, why do I still see people with festive items today? And why used fesitivized items in the first place?

festivized items are only used to make your favourite items even more special and valuable, it costs 2.50 to buy one and thats about it, there not limited.
