Can F2P craft hats?
Can't remember, I hope not. I need another thing to laugh at them for.

Paint drops are a thing for F2Ps, but not hat drops. Nor can they craft hat.

maybe they can craft hats. I got a orange paint from a drop (when you open up the notifications after opening up tf2) so f2p can color hats too

F2Ps can't craft hats as well as items using the Haunted Scrap Metal or whatever the actual name is. They can find paint as well as other certain types of items like taunts, but they can't find cosmetics.

No, you can't craft hats but you could trade hats by winning the raffle such as scrap.tf or giveaway. Items remain tradable.

Me, when I have 3 of the same weapon for around 10 weapons, and I feel like crafting.

I've got quite a lot of good hats that way. Besides, I don't trade, so I don't give ref the value everyone does.

And I think no, F2P can't craft.
