How do I create a custom crosshair in TF2?

I recently got back in to TF2 and I want to use my csgo crossshair for rayshud. I have hundreds of hours of muscle memory into it and want to use it in rayshud. How tf do I do this? My cs settings are
cl_crosshairstyle 4
cl_crosshairsize 2.5
cl_crosshairthickness 2
cl_crosshairgap -3.5
cl_crosshair_drawoutline 0
cl_crosshair_outlinethickness 0.5
cl_crosshairdot 0
cl_crosshair_t 0

cl_crosshaircolor_r 0
cl_crosshaircolor_g 255
cl_crosshaircolor_b 255
cl_crosshairalpha 255

I want to use this for all classes and weapons, except sniper. How do I do this?

I should know this because I'm a scripter but I don't because I don't mess with HUD's
