Now, I am no lawyer, but could TF2 start a legal case against Fortnite's latest taunt, the "squat dance" and TF2's "Kazotsky Kick"?

Does anyone know anything about this subject?

They didn't invent it, but they sure did make good use of it. Taunts poisoned tf2 after a while. Encouraging friendlies, ruining the game. Most of the taunts on fortnite are more like salt to be rubbed in a wound. Something tf2 taunts used to be, back before the game went f2p and ♥♥♥♥ like the Conga came out.

But what about when the entire server kill binds together. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious

Kazotsky kick is completely different fron Squat Dance in Fortnite, because none of the movements are similar except for squating

Hello, Russian here. I have one thing to say: everyone who says "ooh, that dance was already used by Russians so Tf2 has no copyright" you are correct, but F*ck that we like tf2 and want them to use our dance as a good thing! Not this little piece of cancer known as fortnite

You can't copyright social dances, and there's nothing morally wrong about using the dance in a game. Saying it's okay for one game to do it because you like it while not okay for the other because you don't, is the stupidest most hypocritical ♥♥♥♥ I've ever heard in a long time.
