Primary:
I chose this one because you can heal teammates from a distance. Very useful. I find myself using this whenever I need to shoot and heal a teammate, then quickly switch back to my "main" patient with the Medigun. Either that or I'm the one collecting cash while my team are dealing with an important target, such as the Tank, though I usually have at least one Scout on my team.
Medigun:
Spitting out more damage to the robots with guaranteed critical hits is, in my opinion better than, say, the stock Ubercharge. It's also extremely useful when you have multiple Tanks to deal with, as well as having high damage output classes on your team, such as the Heavy or Soldier.
Melee Weapon:
As far as I know, the Ubersaw still works in MvM, so that is a great help with building up your Medigun's charge. If not, I would suggest the Amputator, as the only downside to that weapon is the 20% less damage. You're most likely not going to be the damage dealer in MvM if you're a Medic.
kritzkrieg. Don' use anything else.
ubersaw. Ubersaw is best because you can hit bust or radiowave bots.
