Failed to create D3D device!
When I try to run TF2 I receive the following error,

"Failed to create D3D device!
Error 0x8876086A: D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE: This device does not support the queried technique.

Please see the following for more info, http://support.steampowered.com/cgi_bin/steampowered.cfg/php/enduser/std.php?p_faqid=772"

When I try to go to the url, I find a 404 error.

Anyone have a clue what I need to do to fix this?

It might be a bit too late (3 hours), but from what I've researched, you might wanna update your graphics drivers, and if you're on Windows, check for updates on that.
