Keep getting put in Singapore and Hong Kong servers in Australia.

It started yesterday at around 5 pm. I went to play tf2 and got put in a singapore server. I thought "Oh, this happens all the time, I'll just re-queue and get an australian server". Nope. Got another singapore server. And another. And another. And another. I thought it was because I was playing maps that aren't popular. Nope. Tried to queue for 2fort. Waited for 30 minutes, Singapore. (That was a few minutes ago). What's weird is, on Sydney servers I usually get great ping (Around 10) but on Singapore servers all the other Australians (Basically the whole server is Australian even in Singapore because matchmaking is a load of garbage) get average ping and I get 200+ ping. The game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unplayable for me right now. Matchmaking is stupid.

How? Before jungle inferno I had it set to the lowest and it always put me in Sydney servers with around 60 ping which was good but that was back when I had bad internet. Now I have good internet, so if I put it to the lowest it'll give me like 17 ping at most. How do I set it?

I think that's on the queue settings, click on the left superior part of your screen (where there is the party list) and select the options

from what i've heard about australian servers, the matchmaking system is trying to save you
