If you dont want to wait for one to drop, trade for one, or buy one in the community market.

You can obtain the Soda Popper for the Scout with either of the following methods:

1.) Random item drop
- this is most likely how your brother got it.

2.) Crafting
You need:
- 1x Force-A-Nature (also random drops or achievement milestone item)
- 1x Bonk! Atomic Punch (also random drops or achievement milestone item)
- 1x Reclaimed Metal (smelt 3x 2 class weapons into scrap metal and then 3x scrap into reclaimed)

3.) Buy it on the store if you are desperate

Best thing I recommend is waiting it out for the random drop and play with the Scattergun or Force-A-Nature for now.

Never use crafting as it’s never ever profitable, just wait for a drop or trade for it.
