Best OBS Settings?

What's the best OBS Video Settings for TF2? When I tried to record, I got 15 FPS at 1080p. I think I'm doing it wrong. Any suggestions?

Or use shadow play if you have a nvidia gpu. Almost no effect on fps, decent quality and low file size. Only recommend using OBS if you're streaming.

Microsoft's recorder isn't that good at all...at least for me.
I have Nvidia GForce recorder, so I could try that. Didn't think of that for some reason.
No idea what Shadowplay is. I'll look into it. Thanks, guys!

Shadowplay is Nvidia's recording software that doesn't decrease your FPS according to the marketing if you use a Nvidia graphics card. If you have an AMD/ATI graphics card, you can use AMD ReLive, same thing but it's for AMD cards

Also recording stresses more of your PC, so if you can't record while playing because of FPS issues, that meand your PC just can't handle it
