Best Crosshair

I want to know what crosshair works the best for you.

I use lime green yz50 wings with a dot in the center.

I use a circle. It just helps to see the head not covered by anything as sniper.
Not that it matters since I play pyro so much.

Just a regular small circle is best.

dot/little circle with a bigger cirlcle around it for shotgun aiming

Why a + though. TF2 has no bullet drop or windage.
