How to see who tried to vote kick me? / Vote kick notificaiton disappearance delay
So I joined a valve server and literally just after leaving spawn someone called a vote to kick me for being "idle". I assume since I just joined I had 0 points and some sweaty tryhard was getting mad.

Now onto the subject. I know when somebody else is getting kicked you have a choice to vote yes or now, until that the window will remain on your screen, and when you finally vote, the window will close. But when someone is trying to vote kick you, the game automatically votes "no" for you and the window immediately disappears.

Is there something I can type in the console that will force the votekick notification to be still there a few seconds after I voted?

I don't think there's a way after you automatically vote no. Though you could, perhaps, quickly look at the vote caster right before saying no.
I was kicked recently for the exact same reason. I suggest you don't give it much thought, and simply move on.

Does that actually work? If so, neat.

I had an unfair match before the "votekicking match" so I got a bit pissed, but after a minute or two I calmed down. The thing is I want to ask the person why are they doing this while the vote commences even if I get vote kicked aftwerawds.
Thank you for the concern.

Thing is, why care? That person could also be having a bad day and just wants to win, or they are mean spirited and just feel like hurting someone.
In the end, you probably won't find them again, so why bother?

Also I think you should put this in your autoexec.cfg file I don't think it will remember the command after closing the game.

It doesn't remember this.

If our interests contradict, then there is no balance, in for the order to be established the chaos should be eradicated first. In order to do that, we have to agree to peaceful terms.

Oh God, you put that in such a mystic way I actually had to read it twice. Nice job.

Well I guess that's true, but still. Is not about getting revenge, because you won't get your revenge once you're out of the match.
What will you do? Go to the player's profile and start saying they kicked you for no reason? That won't calm your nerves, and the player will probably delete the post soon enough.
You'll only get more frustrated in the end.

And yes I had spiteful intentions at that time, but in the end they were just going to be verbal, I'm hte type of guy that just erupts and when the lava pours out I'm back to normal again. It's not a good thing, but it is what it is.
Thank you for your suggestions

we replied at the same time lol.
But anyway, as I said, the worst thing I would do is trash talk while getting kicked and nothing else, after all, we are all the same molicule size in the same honey pot even if some parts are less sweet.

Did you just end your sentence with a preposition? Additionally, you did not finish your last sentence, as seen below:
