Stat clock/kill counter

I am now trying to eventualy be able to trade up skins for a stat clock, and I was wandering, are there specific weapons or skins that you can/can't put the clock on? If so, please let me know.

You can only trade up to get a civilian grade stat clock. This will only work on civilian grade weapons. Other grade weapons (e.g. mercenary grade, assassin grade) can only have a stat clock if you unbox them with a stat clock OR if you have trade up using 10 weapons that have a stat clock from the grade below

Stat clocks can only be applied to Civilian skins. Anything in a higher grade can get stat clocks, but only through unboxing a strange variant of the skin/weapon. Strange weapons function identically to stat clocked weapons, except they don’t have the actual clock.
