[BUG] No Facial expressions or hand animations

This happened recently where I loaded up TF2 and hopped into an MvM game. I noticed off the back that everytime I taunted as Engi he looked plain with no facial animation or movement and neither did his hands move. It was also the same on the loadout menu when I tried the director taunt. Idk why it's happening but I've decided to verify the game cache just in case I'm missing something.

Oh yeah, before I go edit this post to add in something I've forgotten:
His hands would collide with the gun too as his hands would be in the default pose instead of it looking like he's actually holding his gun.
Also, the Snipers glasses were completely black. Not much I can add to this anymore.

EDIT: These bugs only applied to the third-person models. Not first-person viewmodel hands.

i might get ignored, but if i dont ill just dont come here to see anwser, i dont have face expression, some times i see pink eyes with purple pupils, i want to fix it... also if you wanna help me say it on a comment in my channel, cuz here idk how to come back, my channel is guillermoprox 123

this is the fix to it, if your tf2 is on the lowest settings you will not see any animations with hands and face
